Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our quality control center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your returned supplements.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
